Sales Engineer

Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

Full time hours 8am – 5pm

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a minimum of three years industrial sales experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in any of the following industry processes would be a distinct advantage, Plastics, Recycling, Food, Powder and Bulk Solids.

Working on own initiative under company guidelines and reporting directly to the Head of Sales the successful applicant will be responsible for their UK Separation sales and support throughout Europe, therefore some overseas travel will be required. Support is provided by an internal sales team from our head office alongside technical and engineering backup.

Sales will be broken into two sectors, UK direct sales and European support of their current distribution network. Also the ability to seek and recruit new distributors in territories without representation. Supporting the Distribution network will consist of training, exhibition support and in field accompaniment, therefore a proven ability to motivate external sales staff and communicate at all levels is essential. UK direct sales is to manage the existing client base alongside creating new business opportunities.

The successful applicant will receive full product training in their full range of Magnetic Separation products both in U.K. and at their parent company in the USA.
